SMA (Software Maintenance Agreement)
Your SMA contract provides you with the following benefits:
- Software Technical Support: Unlimited, toll-free software technical support via telephone.
- Software Enhancement and Maintenance Support:Continuous
maintenance and enhancement of our PC-DMIS software including a minimum
of one global update per year. All other SMAs include accessibility to
available software maintenance releases.
- Customer Relations Support:Assistance
with any problems and/or questions regarding service, special projects,
retrofits, training, products, contracts, etc.
CMA (CMM Maintenance Agreement)
Your CMA provides you with the following benefits:
- Prearranged Agreements expediting P.O. s for on-site service.
- ISO 9000 Certified Service.
- National Institute Standards of Technology (NIST) traceable certification and calibration artifacts.
- Factory-trained Field Service Engineers restore your CMMs to the original factory specification.
- Preventative Maintenance reduces downtime and increases machine availability. Customer is provided with detailed PM checklist of work performed.
- Advance scheduling for your preventive maintenance and annual certification.
- Priority Scheduling of all service.
