 The new Micro-Hite 3D is an ergonomic, easy to use manual CMM from
Brown & Sharpe that offers high performance in an economical
package.
Micro-Hite 3D is a versatile CMM that can be used for a variety of
applications. Highly suited as a stand-alone, walk-up station for
first part inspection, facilitates setup for layout inspection and
reduces tool setup. Equipped with the optional PC-DMIS CAD upgrade, it
can handle most reverse engineering tasks. Its all-aluminum
construction improves thermal, dimensional/torsional, and geometric
machine stability.
Micro-Hite 3D’s optional fine adjustment is particularly useful for
small features where a precision touch is required. Thermally
compatible materials and components minimize the influence of ambient
temperature on measurement results, making the Micro-Hite 3D the
perfect measuring system for virtually any application.

It can handle a workpiece up to 23-1/2" x 29-1/2" x 17" (600 x 750 x 430mm), accommodating 80% of all parts manufactured today, and making it a versatile process and quality control addition to your shop.
