The simple design and operation of Reflex software lets non-experienced shop personnel perform 1, 2, and 3D measurement routines quickly and easily. You can use Reflex as a dial indicator, a height gage or a full-featured measuring machine.
To measure you simply:
During your measurement routine, Reflex software automatically recognizes the shape of the feature you are measuring. It displays a drawing of the feature, dimensional information and the feature's relationships with other features.
Reflex software gives you a choice of two measurement techniques. With point-to-point mode a number of measurement points can be collected quickly and accurately to determine size, location and other dimensions for most features. The scanning mode lets you gather a large amount of data quickly for form definition as well as dimensional information.
Reflex uses a unique "speedometer" that graphically indicates the quality of the measurement data being collected, based on the speed of the probe. This system allows you to modify your measurement technique to provide accurate data collection.
Reflex lets you transfer measurement data via an RS-232 serial port to a host computer for data archiving and statistical analysis. Reflex includes a complete statistical package for process control analysis. You can also send data to an optional printer via a parallel port for a hard copy of inspection results.
An optional Microsoft WINDOWS utility converts probe center points to standard CAD formats such as DXF and IGES for reverse engineering.
