In-Quill mounted Motorized probe heads designed to increase Z-axis measuring range by up to 10% on small coordinate measuring machines thus providing for greater flexibility.  Motorized probe heads give DCC coordinate measuring machines the capability of automatic probe reorientation.  The TESASTAR-sm M8 is compatible with a wide range of touch trigger probes and accessories fitted with a M8 coupling thread.  TESASTAR-sm M8 provides a cost effective probing solution for many applications.
